Return, exchange, complaints

RETURN

1. The Customer has the right to withdraw from the Sales Agreement within 30 days from the date of taking up the Goods without giving any reason.

2. The cost of return shipment is borne by the customer. The returned product must have original tags, it cannot be worn or washed. The goods should be properly secured so that they are not damaged.

3. Products that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions are not returnable. The refund includes the value of the returned goods.

4. Delivery costs shall not be refunded.

5. We will refund the money for the returned product within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.

6. Products made to individual customer's order are not eligible for returns.

7. The deadline for withdrawing from the Agreement shall expire after 30 days from the date on which the Customer acquires, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by the Customer acquires, physical possession of the Goods.

8. The Seller does not accept COD shipments.

To exercise the right to withdraw from the Agreement, the Customer must inform the Seller about his decision to withdraw from the Sales Agreement by an unequivocal statement as follows:

-sending the declaration by traditional registered mail to the following address: MR Fashion Magdalena Rutkowska, address: ul. Czarnomorska 13/49, 02-758 Warsaw

To meet the deadline to withdraw from the Sales Agreement, it is sufficient for the Customer to send the information regarding the exercise of the Customer's right to withdraw from the Agreement to the Seller before the deadline to withdraw from the Agreement.

EXCHANGE

1. You also have up to 30 days to exchange products after receiving the order.

2. It is enough for you to attach to the shipment the completed form that you received with the order.

3. The product to be exchanged must have original tags, moreover, it cannot be worn or washed.

4. The goods should be properly packed and secured so as not to be damaged.

5. Products that do not meet the above-mentioned conditions are not subject to exchange. The exchange can be made for a different size or product, and the difference in price is transferred to our account.

6. We do not accept money sent in packages.

COMPLAINT

In accordance with the regulations, you have the right to make a complaint about the purchased goods. The store is liable under the warranty if a physical defect is found within two years from the date of delivery of the product.

1. Download the complaint form, print it and fill it in.

2. Pack the returned product in the original foil and the return form in an envelope or a poly mailer.

3. Send the parcel by post or courier to our address: Militu Bags, ul. Czarnomorska 13 lok. 49, 02-758 Warsaw.

4. After receiving the parcel, you will receive an e-mail confirming its receipt.

5. The complaint will be considered within 14 calendar days.

6. In the event of a justified complaint, the store will repair or replace the advertised product with a fully-fledged product or, if the replacement is not possible, will refund the full amount of the order, including the cost of return shipment incurred by the customer.

7. Reimbursement of transaction costs is made by bank transfer.

8. Complaints regarding the difference in the appearance of the goods ordered with the received ones, which result from the difference in the settings of the Customer's monitor parameters, in particular the difference in colors and shades, shall not constitute grounds for a complaint.

9. Complaints are considered in accordance with the principles set out in Art. 556 of the Civil Code and subsequent.

10. Complaints are not subject to:

- natural wear and tear of the product

- mechanical damage

- discoloration caused by improper use of the product

- getting wet
